Inclusive education is based on the principle of equal opportunities or equality in terms of the right to fair education for all young people, regardless of their social or cultural background, regardless of their religious inclinations, ethnicity, or language they speak. Inclusive education involves expanding the role of a school organization to respond to the diversity of student groups, those with special educational needs, those from marginalized or deprived educational backgrounds. This diversity that teachers constantly encounter in their work puts them in a position of constantly seeking solutions necessary for general adaptability, for the benefit of the students.
